The ALBAcheck® - BGS control reagents, whole blood control are intended for use as ABO & RhD controls for automated blood grouping systems. They are available in a ready-to use formulation and are supplied in 6 ml vial size. The anti-human globulin, polyspecific anti-human globulin reagent is prepared from a blend of rabbit antibodies to human IgG and a murine monoclonal antibody to C3 (3G8). It is formulated for optimum detection of IgG and complement binding of blood group antibodies. It can be used for both direct and indirect antiglobulin tests (NIS, LIS).
