The electrosurgical pencils have handcontrol pencil activation switches that utilize a snap dome technology which allows the surgeon to both hear and feel the switch engagement. These have safety holster, blade electrode and water resistant design features. Our direct view retractor is an illuminated, hands-free device permitting direct visualization of the saphenous vein and branches during dissection to facilitate an atraumatic harvest. This has light source, power supply and independently adjustable extension limbs features, which are all incorporated into one disposable instrument.
