Profile: Balance Systems, Inc. offers therapeutic products for the prevention and rehabilitation of upper extremity disorders. The products are Coldflex® self-cooling, Flextend and AC kit and Flextend® / Restore™. Our Flextend® / Restore™ provides a gentle, active stretching action of the flexor muscles and active strengthening of the extensor muscles that cross the finger, wrist & elbow joints. This system also actively stretches and strengthens the supinator, pronator, radial and ulnar deviator groups. It effectively lengthens the short, restrictive, overdeveloped muscle groups while simultaneously strengthening the opposing underdeveloped muscle groups in order to help create more normal strength/length ratios between agonist and antagonists alike. The Coldflexe wrap is designed to reduce swelling and relieve pain from strains, sprains, bruises and insect bite.
