The intensity of 500, 1500, 2000, 3000 bp bands are stronger than others, for instant band identification. This marker can also be used as reference for DNA quantitative analysis. Our Bio/1Kb™ DNA ladder contains 11 linear double strand DNA bands of 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000 and 10,000 bases pairs. The intensity of 3000bp band is stronger than the others, and serves as a reference for band identification.
