It measures in absorbance and % transmission mode, as well as in simple kinetics, enabling changes in absorbance over time and reaction rates to be determined. It may be linked via a serial lead to either a serial printer for hardcopy output, or to a PC for download of results to spreadsheet. Our Anthos 2020 is a high performance microplate reader with powerful customized software for routine absorbance assays in research, quality control and diagnostics. It offers Single or dual wavelength measurements plus kinetic measurements.
