All hi-top electrosurgical probes are made with more insulation than metal probes. It has extended insulation that prevents the formation of peripheral burns and the thicker insulation prevents capacitive couplances. Our lletzs loops come in many different sizes, ranging from 5mm x 5mm square to 25mm x 25mm loops. The filtered insufflating tubing product provides bacteria and particulate barriers down to 0.1 microns which is recommended for laparoscopic surgery. The disposable tubing with filter ensures and maintains proper pneumoperitoneum distention with flow rates of 20 litres per minute or more per unit.
