Profile: Fallgard LLC specializes in external hip protectors. Our FG-04 pads absorb 95-98% of impact force. A 32 inch fall of the hip from the standing posture is converted into a 1 to 2 inch fall. Our Fg-04 pads are positioned over the hip by underwear pockets that reliably ensure that the hip is covered. The inner layers of the pads are soft and comfortable against the tissues next to the hip bone. The pads are only 0.63 inches thick and beveled at each end to make them difficult to notice under ordinary clothing. We provide the equivalent of four hip protectors with four pairs of pocketed underwear. Our pads need to be washed with running lukewarm water to be cleaned and if needed, with an alcohol wipe to disinfect.
The company was founded in 1999, has ~10 employees.
