Profile: Finesse Medical Ltd specializes in the development and manufactures tube & bottle fillings, packaging and sterilization. Our wound management products include amorphous wound hydrogels, polyurethane foams, polyurethane films, hydrocolloids and elasticated tubular bandages. The amorphous wound hydrogel is a viscous sterile gel containing a modified starch polymer, glycerol, preservatives and water. Our polyurethane foam dressings are developed with a non adhesive hydrocellular wound dressing consisting of high absorption capacity polyurethane foam layer and a polyurethane film backing layer. We offer skin care products that include moisturizers, continence care, enzyme enhanced creams, psoirasis & eczema control & moisturizer, sun care lotions and massage therapies. Elta's enzyme enhanced skin care, treats a variety of skin conditions, which include dermatitis, minor burns, itching, athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm and superficial wounds and lesions.
