Profile: Florida Manufacturing Corp. offers medical products. Our products are designed to provide the injury support, protection and stabilization that the physicians require to promote quick & effective healing. Our product categories are cervical collars and traction equipment. Our Exo-Static Collar provides cervical stabilization from neutral to full positions. Its automatic adjustment feature uses a hinge and bias slot arrangement to allow it to become wider under the occiput when the collar is lowered under the chin. The easy fit and adjustment is made possible by the Velcro® style hook and loop fastener. Our Diskard head halter has automatic adjustment to chin and occiput, that allows a greater degree of patient comfort when in use. It may be used with all types of traction equipment adding extra comfort and flexibility with effective healing. It is constructed with two cord loops connecting flannel covered poly-foam pads. It fits everyone without pressure on the neck, carotid blood vessels or nerves and costs less than traditional fixed type head halters.
The company was founded in 1947, has revenues of < USD 1 Million and is CE certified.
