Profile: Genesis BPS specializes in offering Genesis™ line of products for blood collection, storage & processing and laboratory equipments. Our Genesis™ blood collection monitor electronically monitors and measures blood flow & volume. It has automatic clamps with pre-set volume, automatic weight calibration system, dual function keypad and audible/visual alarm signals. Its design for selecting specific programs is suitable for collection needs. We also offer blood bags, transfer bags, blood I.V. sets and transfer sets. Our electronic plasma expressor is an electromechanical device which enables automated separation of plasma from whole blood. The expressor uses an optical sensor to signal the electronic clamp to close when the first red cells are detected. Our conventional separators are simple devices which use a mechanical process. The separators require the operator to monitor the process continuously and close the tubing precisely when separation has completed.
