Profile: Hager & Meisinger Gmbh deals with dental and bone management products. Our dental management products are Black cobra line, diamond instruments, tungsten carbide instruments, ceramic abrasives, flexible polishers, steel instruments, endodontia, orthodontia, assortments, accessory and bur blocks. Our Bone Management® offers a harmonized aligned system solution which provides a controlled optimization of the bone implant bed. We provide instruments for root extraction, bone spreading, bone graft, bone transfer, sinuslift, distraction and accessories. We supply pilot drill pilot burs, expansion burs II, drill extension and adapter. Our Benex® control is suitable for the extraction of roots and root fragments. The roots can be removed in an extremely controlled manner without causing injury to the bone. Our crest-control is a horizontal bone spreading system, which allows for the predetermined and minimally invasive horizontal widening of the alveolar ridge, in particular, in the distal lower jaw. Our bone replacing system enables fitting and standardized approach to the transplantation of bone cylinders. The balloon lift control is a procedure used for the pre-stripping augmentation of the maxillary sinus mucosa. This is minimally invasive and independent of the vertical height of the osseous sinus floor. This BLC consists of two osteotomes and a balloon expander that is inserted into the maxillary sinus after impression of the weakened floor. The tunnel control is a minimally invasive system with instruments for tunelling the periosteum. Our guided drill control is an alternative to the customary tube-in-tube system.
