Our products Stronghold ™ anti-disconnect device is used as to fit shiley tracheostomy tubes and eliminates accidental disconnection at the tracheostomy tube site. Our products include product # 107, product # 105, product # 205 and product # 165. This product 107 is designed to fit adult shiley,tracheostomy tubes with soft swivel neck flange. Our product 105 is designed to fit shiley tracheostomy tubes. It may also fit most portex, jackson and bivona tubes. Optimum results are acheived with elbow or tee type connectors. The product 205 is used as pediatric stronghold. Our products 165 are designed as an aid in preventing accidental ventilator disconnections at the trach site and providing secure stabilization of the trach tube. A two-piece cotton neck band attaches to the trach plate via nylon clips with velcro straps that assist in securing the trach adapter.
