The HomePole™ or PD-Pole™ is a practical, lightweight (3 lbs.), portable, I/V (Intravenous) pole designed to facilitate and promptly deliver infusion therapy for patients requiring home care after leaving the hospital, or self-administering home care by ESRD patients on peritoneal dialysis. The PD-T-PACK™ is a practical, convenient thermal carrying case for transporting pre-heated dialysate bags for active peritoneal dialysis patients on CAPD modality. It is designed to carry two or three bags of PD fluid and maintain them at body temperature for up to 15 hours without need of electricity or any other external means with which to conserve heat.
