Profile: Imalux Corporation is a medical device company, which concentrates on commercialization of optical coherence tomography. This medical imaging modality detects near-surface tissue abnormalities indicative of disease. Our Niris imaging system consists of an imaging console and a detachable fiberoptic probe. The imaging console contains optical and electrical components, including a super luminescent diode (SLD). The SLD provides near infrared light (NIR), which is directed from the console through the probe's optical fiber to the patient's tissue. The optical light is backscattered from the patient's tissue, collected by the probe's fiber, and combined with an internal reference signal, to produce a high spatial resolution image of the superficial tissue microstructure. Probes are available in lengths up to 4 meters and are easily integrated into working channels of endoscopes.

• Disposable Surgical Drape (FDA Code: KKX / 878.4370) A surgical drape and drape accessories is a device made of natural or synthetic materials intended to be used as a protective patient covering, such as to isolate a site of surgical incision from microbial and other contamination. The device includes a plastic wound protector that may adhere to the skin around a surgical incision or be placed in a wound to cover its exposed edges, and a latex drape with a self-retaining finger cot that is intended to allow repeated insertion of the surgeon's finger into the rectum during performance of a transurethral prostatectomy. |
• Doppler optical coherence tomography (FDA Code: OBO / 886.1570) An ophthalmoscope is an AC-powered or battery-powered device containing illumination and viewing optics intended to examine the media (cornea, aqueous, lens, and vitreous) and the retina of the eye. |
