Profile: Integrated Dna Technologies manufactures synthesis products. We deal with custom DNA synthesis, custom RNA synthesis, Sameday® oligo service, rapid Hplc™ service, hotplates, custom DNA synthesis in plates, Ultramers™, oligonucleotide purification and custom preparative and analytical services. Our RNA oligos are available from 10-50 bases for 100 nmole, and 5-50 bases for 250 nmole, 1 µmole, 5 µmole and 10 µmole. We provide gene synthesis service, which comprises of design consultation, codon optimization, cloned into a plasmid, sequence verification through use of double-stranded DNA sequencing, 2 µg purified plasmid DNA, sequence information is always confidential at IDT and non-disclosure agreements are available through IDT's legal services upon request. Our Mircat™ small RNA cloning is a method, that permits cloning from any RNA source in any species. Our standard desalted DNA oligos is deprotected and desalted to remove small molecule impurities. We specialize in Transductin™, which is a peptide-based system that uses the cell's own mechanism for uptake. This works through a mechanism distinct from cationic lipids and can be used to deliver DS RNAs to most cell lines, including primary cells and ES cells. Our transductin produces fewer off-target effects than cationic lipids and can minimize the risk of triggering an immune response. We also provide dual-labeled LNA probes, which is a higher signal-to-noise ratio. This probes bid an ability to distinguish mutations or single nucleotide polymorphisms.

• Analyte Specific Reagents, Asr Reagents (FDA Code: MVU / 864.4020) Analyte specific reagents (ASR's) are antibodies, both polyclonal and monoclonal, specific receptor proteins, ligands, nucleic acid sequences, and similar reagents which, through specific binding or chemical reaction with substances in a specimen, are intended for use in a diagnostic application for identification and quantification of an individual chemical substance or ligand in biological specimens. ASR's that otherwise fall within this definition are not within the scope of subpart E of this part when they are sold to: |
