Its recommended cleavage and deprotection conditions are for 8 hours at 55°C or 24 hours at room temperature using concentrated ammonia solution, for standard baseprotected oligonucleotides. Our DNA & RNA phosphoramidites are manufactured in glass-lined reactors and purified by preparative column chromatography on silica gel with medium-to-high pressure chromatography equipment.
