It is flourescent, has good absorbent ability, and is extra soft. Our Guangda lap sponges are made of U.S.P. type IV gauze and are used in general surgery to control bleeding & to protect tissue. The edges are turned in and meticulously stitched on all sides to prevent exposed edges. All lap sponges contain radiopaque element for detection.
