Four fixations of highly compressed polyamide may be rotated & moved as desired, thus providing optimum adjustment to all head sizes & shapes. They secure a fixation of the basic frame far enough in the caudal direction, which is one of the inalienable pre-conditions for operative access without hindrance. The chosen material enables CT images with least possible artifacts.
