Profile: Lenzing Fibers Inc. is a provider of plastic products. Our products made from 100% PTFE are ideally suited for medical applications. Our TENCEL is a new age fiber that absorbs excess liquid and quickly releases it again into the atmosphere. It has natural cooling properties and inhibits bacterial growth. Its applications include home textiles like botanic bed, bed sheets, fillings, and apparel. The anti-adhesive character prevents bonding of medical textiles with wounds, and ribbon-floss glides easily between the teeth.
The company was founded in 1992, has ~110 employees.
