A Refrigerator is a cooling appliance comprising of a thermally insulated compartment and a mechanism to transfer heat from it to the external environment, cooling the contents to a temperature below ambient. Refrigerators are extensively used to store foods which deteriorate at ambient temperatures, spoilage from bacterial growth and other processes is much slower at low temperatures. Refrigerator maintains a temperature a few degrees above the freezing point of water. It replaced the common icebox and freezers keep their contents frozen. Retinol binding protein (RBP) is a single-chain polypeptide glycoprotein, belongs to the alpha-globulin family of human plasma proteins and is the primary plasma transport protein for retinal. It binds retinal in a 1:1 stoichiometry, serving not only to solubilize retinal but also to protect it from oxidation. Once in circulation, the RBP-retinol complex binds to one molecule of transthyretin, which is a plasma thyroxine-binding protein. This complex then delivers retinal to specific receptors of the retina, skin, gonads, lungs, salivary glands, and other tissues.

Rheumatoid Factor is an antibody that is measurable in the blood. It is commonly used as a blood test for the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid factor is present in about 80% of adults with rheumatoid arthritis. It is also present in patients with other connective tissue diseases and some with infectious diseases. Rheumatoid factor blood test measures the amount of the RF antibody present in most people with rheumatoid arthritis.

Classification. Class I (general controls). These devices are exempt from the premarket notification procedures in subpart E of part 807 of this chapter subject to the limitations in 864.9. The devices are also exempt from the current good manufacturing practice requirements of the quality system regulation in part 820 of this chapter, with the exception of 820.180, with respect to general requirements concerning records, and 820.198, with respect to complaint files.
