Profile: Microbiologics, Inc. produces lyophilized microorganisms for quality control in microbiology laboratories. We serve the clinical, industrial, food quality, environmental and educational markets. Our Kwik-QC™ slides have a positive and negative inoculated well, plus a place for sample inoculation. With these slides, it is possible to perform QC and sample staining in a single step. EZ-Spore™ enumerated lyophilized microorganism preparations are used as daily process controls for qualitative and quantitative spoilage detection methods. EZ-Spore™ preparations provide a guaranteed concentration of 1.0-9.9E+04 CFU per pellet. EZ-Spore™ is packaged in a vial containing 10 pellets of a single lyophilized strain. A peel-off certificate of assay is included for convenient documentation. Epower™ lyophilized microorganism preparations are enumerated and traceable to a reference culture. They are available in concentrations ranging from E+02 to E+08 CFU per pellet. Epower™ microorganisms can be used individually or several Epower™ micro-organisms can be combined for a mixed microorganism population challenge. Each kit includes a vial of 10 pellets of a single enumerated microorganism strain and a peel-off certificate of assay.
The company was founded in 1971, has revenues of USD 1-5 Million, has ~30 employees and is ISO 9001, CE certified.
