Profile: Microcision LLC is a custom manufacturer of precision machined components, implants and assemblies. Our capabilities include complex turning, drilling, cross-drilling, threading and milling of small parts made of exotic, precious and base metals as well as medical grade plastics. Our parts are inspected using gages, optical comparators, binocular microscopes, and digital inspection equipment. Our machine parts use exotic metals such as titanium, hastelloy, 316L stainless steel and gold alloys. Our applications include neurological, orthopaedic, spinal fixation, dental implant, drug infusion, catheter connectors, bone fixation and surgical instrumentation.
