Profile: Milliken & Company, Anticon Products manufactures cleanroom wipers and cleanroom mops. Our products are used in medical device manufacturing applications such as wiping medical device parts and/or tools to develop pacemakers, catheters & heart valves. Our products are also used in pharmaceutical manufacturing applications such as removing bioburdens from an aseptic processing environment. Our product portfolio includes combinations of dry polyester knit wipers, nonwoven wipers, sterile wipers, presaturated wipers, and mops. Our sealed edge knitted polyester, cleanroom laundered wipers have laser sealed edges via Milliken's edge sealing technology. Our dry sterile wipers are sterilized via gamma irradiation. They include Sterile Gold and Sterile 100 varieties. We employ particle attraction technology (P.A.T) which uses 100 per cent continuous filament polyester. Sterile 100 & Gold are designed for the elimination of biological contamination. Premira and 7500 are the dry nonwoven wipers designed for general cleaning of sub-fab areas.
