Profile: Pepin Manufacturing, Inc. specializes in offering medical electrodes, and medical device components. We manufacture electrotherapy electrodes, TENS units and their accessories. The materials used in our electrodes provide a uniform current dispersion throughout the desired treatment. We can also assist in developing custom electrodes, packaging and private labeling to meet our customers need. We offer a full electrode line with many options in sizes, shapes and materials with flexible & durable top coat materials. We offer iontophoresis electrodes using good materials and advanced processes. These are buffered return electrodes with good current dispersion and lower impedance. These are available in four sizes to accommodate varying treatment sites. The combo T/E unit is a battery operated pulse generator that sends electrical impulses to the body and reaches the nerves & the underlying muscle group. This unit is a combination stimulator of TENS and EMS which can be used for muscle stimulation & pain relief. The device is provided with two controllable output channels, each independent of each other. An electrode pair can be connected to each output channel. The intensity controls are protected by a cap to avoid accidental touch. The settings are controlled by press buttons.
The company is ISO 13485, CE certified.

• Iontophoresis Device (FDA Code: EGJ / 890.5525) An iontophoresis device is a device that is intended to use a direct current to introduce ions of soluble salts or other drugs into the body and induce sweating for use in the diagnosis of cystic fibrosis or for other uses if the labeling of the drug intended for use with the device bears adequate directions for the device's use with that drug. When used in the diagnosis of cystic fibrosis, the sweat is collected and its composition and weight are determined. |
