Profile: SCA Consumer Packaging manufactures light-gauge custom thermoformed retail packaging. We combine package design and production services with seal tooling. We supply nesting trays supported by solid aluminum bar stock and anodized components for medical tooling. Our semi-automatic sealing machines for medical devices or pharmaceutical unit dose packaging, to radio frequency welding for plastic club store or promotional packaging & it provides a variety of sizes and models. Our semi-automatic machines are used for sealing. All of our standard machines come with operator safety features, as well as additional options to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
