Profile: Sam Creations offers liquid nitrogen guns, electric ear syringes, cobalt blue light and neuropathy testers. Electric ear syringe is an irrigation unit that sprays a variable-strength jet of water into the ear canal without the need for hand pump/blisters from the old-fashioned syringe. Three jets are provided that are stored under the lid of the device. The jets are clipped into the handle and released by depressing the button on the handle that pulls the jet off. A micro-pulsation is achieved by mixing microfine air bubbles in the jet of water, helping break up collections of wax more efficiently. The jet has a little slide switch just below the head that changes the stream from a single jet to a wide cone. The wall mounting plate is a bit unusual, needing to have the top edge fitted to the irrigator first, then the body of the irrigator snapped down in place. The screws for the mounting plate are in a recess under the plate. Cobalt blue light has a tendency to switch itself on if kept in the pocket. The lamp glows faintly even when switched off.
