Our f-theta lenses optimized for galvanometer XY scan system, that is beam deflection systems where the scan mirrors have a certain separation from each other. The beam expanders with fixed expansion factor offer certain advantages compared to systems consisting of only two single lenses. The anti reflective coatings of our laser optics withstand laser power as they are optimized for the specific wavelength. We mainly use narrow band V-coatings or ion plated coatings in order to reach highest damage thresholds.
