Profile: Spinal Technology, Inc. crafts custom made spinal orthoses. We manufacture orthopedic spinal orthoses for patients requiring stabilization, immobilization, or correction of the spine or a portion of the spine. The anterior overlap offers adjustability without compromising the integrity of the intended function. This method of treatment is customarily chosen in most cases where low back pain is present. Patient compliance is high with this particular style due to its simplicity of donning and doffing. The patented Flex Foam™ design combines the rigidity of a traditional orthosis with the comfort level of a soft body jacket. A unique feature of this brace is the removable exterior frame which can be trimmed on site to improve anterior, lateral, and posterior rotational control. The static hip orthosis is predominantly utilized in cases where complete immobilization of the hip joint or lower spine is indicated. Low profile, sternal shield module with an anterior Milwaukee bar and aluminum posterior reinforcements, create a highly adjustable orthosis. Patient clothing can mask this orthosis, thus increasing compliance for daytime wear.
