It is constructed from medical grade titanium alloy of Ti-6Al-4V, which has an efficacy, strength, and biocompatibility in spinal surgery. It also enables the surgeon to maximize the volume of bone graft that can be placed within the implant. We develop Fixxsure™ cross link, which features a dual locking mechanism that is combined with a direct upward locking motion. We have designed it to perform two functions; primary locking and a secondary final tightening of the implant.
