Profile: Spring Bioscience deals with immunohistochemistry detection systems and ancillary products. We provide tumor suppressors, cell cycle regulators, kinases & phosphatases, signaling transductors, transcription factors, cancer markers, neuroscience and cell adhesions. Our complementary IHC products include detection systems, ancillaries, recombinant proteins and antibody microarray technologies. We offer anti-mouse HRP AEC detection system. The reagents in this kit constitute a labeled streptavidin-biotin immunoenzymatic antigen detection system. This technique involves the sequential incubation of the specimen with an unconjugated primary antibody specific to the target antigen, a biotinylated secondary antibody which reacts with the primary antibody, enzyme-labeled streptavidin, and substrate-chromogen.
