It is an external device that compresses the urethra from the outside, and its tie mechanism allows one size to fit all. It has a push button mechanism adding pressure to the urethra to stop leakage, or releasing pressure to urinate. This is a comfortable to wear, light device, and requires minimal pressure for urethral compression, & is not damaged by contact with water or urine.
