Profile: Washington University School of Medicine provides primary care to patients. Our mission is to improve the health of people through excellence in patient care and medical discovery. We offer services like financial services, online bill pay, health library, medical manager, patient special needs & health care. Financial services for patients are managed by the Washington university physicians billing service (PBS). We provide coordinated physician charge processing, insurance claim submission, insurance claim follow-up and self-pay collections for physician services in all departments at the school of medicine. All patients of Washington University Physicians are eligible for our assistance in collecting payment from their insurance companies, managed care organizations and HMOs for their medical charges.
