Profile: Medical Chemical Corporation provides a wide range of medical chemical solutions. Our product list comprises of laboratory reagents & stains, soaps, germicides, cold sterilants, alcohols as well as various other chemicals for the medical and veterinary industries. Our Wavicide® is a 2.65% glutaraldehyde sterilant / high level disinfectant soaking solution that has been tested and approved for use with endoscopes & stainless steel surgical instruments. It kills M.tuberculosis in 45 minutes at room temperature. It does not contain carcinogen ortho-phenyl phenol. Our Total-Fix fixative is a single vial system for the preservation of fecal specimens. The preserved fecal specimens can be used for the formalin sedimentation concentration, permanent stained smears (trichrome or iron-hematoxylin), and certain fecal immunoassays for cryptosporidium spp. & giardia lamblia.
