Our reagent for HLA-B27 antigen determination presents microbial antigens to T-lymphocytes. It is suitable for determining HLA-B27 antigen expression by flow cytometry in lysed human whole blood samples. Our leukemia/lymphoma immunopheno typing products include antibody clones, and are provided as liquid in a stabilized buffer solution pre-titrated for use on a per-test basis. We also provide Reapan S34 for the quantitation of CD34+ cells.
