Microalbumin (5 suppliers)
Microalbumin test checks urine for the presence of a protein called albumin. Albumin is normally found in the blood and filtered by the kidneys. When the kidneys are working properly, albumin is not present in the urine. However, when the kidneys are damaged, small amounts of albumin leak into the urine. This condition is called microalbuminuria. A microalbumin urine test can be done on a sample of urine collected randomly (usually after the first time you urinate in the morning), a sample collected over a 24-hour period, or a sample collected over a specific period of time, such as 4 hours or overnight. This test is done to check for protein (albumin) in the urine. Early detection may change treatment in an effort to preserve as much kidney function as possible.

Mini Blades (3 suppliers)
Microsurgical Knives (13 suppliers)
Microsurgical knives are disposable, stainless steel knives utilizing a chemical etch process providing a smoother, sharper blade edge for precise, consistent incisions. These knives are specifically designed for clear cornial incisions.
Magnetic Stimulators (9 suppliers)
Magnetic stimulators induce a small transient electrical current in human tissue by a very strong magnetic field created by a stimulating coil held close to the area of the body to be stimulated. It is non-invasive, painless and is used in diagnosis, prognosis and therapy in a range of nervous and psychiatric disorders. It is able to stimulate the human cortex and all spinal roots, as well as peripheral nerves, easily and painlessly.
Multifocal and Standard Electroretinography Systems (4 suppliers)
Magnetoencephalography Systems (3 suppliers)
A magnetoencephalography system is a brain-imaging device, which measures how the brain processes information. It is designed for the detection of brain activity on a millisecond timescale. It allows non-invasive measurements of brain activity by recording magnetic fields at 160 different sites around the head.
Microinstruments (6 suppliers)
MRI Contrast Agents (4 suppliers)
There are two principal classes of MRI contrast agents such as paramagnetic and superparamagnetic compounds. Paramagnetic agents primarily shorten the T1 relaxation time of the tissue, in which they accumulate. It is based on metal ions with one or more unpaired electrons. Superparamagnetic agents consist of magnetic nanoparticles of iron oxide coated with a polymer matrix such as dextran. These MRI contrast agents work by affecting the time it takes for the hydrogen atoms to return to their original energy state. This increases the difference in the signal intensity from the two types of tissue (the one with and the other without the contrast agent), thus increasing the degree of contrast on the image.
Microkeratomes (8 suppliers)
A microkeratome is a precision surgical instrument with an oscillating blade designed for creating the corneal flap in LASIK or ALK surgery. It is used for the first stage of the operation to create the flap under which the laser operates.

MP and PIP Joint Implants (5 suppliers)
Minimally Invasive Hip Instruments (5 suppliers)
Minimally invasive hip instruments are specifically designed to facilitate total hip arthroplasty (THA) through a mini-incision using a posterior-lateral incision. The comprehensive set of instruments helps reduce the complexity of a minimally invasive THA by optimizing exposure and access to the hip while protecting the delicate soft tissue structures.
Medical Monitors (13 suppliers)
Medical monitor is an automated medical device that senses a patient's vital signs and displays the results. Monitor looks a lot like oscilloscopes or computer monitors and use superficially similar technology. In critical care units of hospitals it allows continuous supervision of a patient without continuous attendance thus improving patient care.
